Denise & Chris Callery
Denise and Chris began their plant-based journey early in 2016 when Chris was diagnosed with heart disease. Since that time they have continued to learn how to navigate the challenges of this lifestyle and thrive on a whole-food, plant-based diet. Denise has received certifications through the eCornell T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies and Rouxbe Plant-Based Cooking school. Chris was able to reduce, then eliminate medications, and lost over 70 pounds. They are passionate about teaching others how to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Meet Our Family
Chris and I have been blessed with a wonderful family who have been extremely supportive since we transitioned to this way of eating. When he was at the hospital and the doctor told me that he was putting him on a whole food, plant-based diet, I had no idea where to start. Our kids showed up that night with new cookbooks for us. At our first Thanksgiving with my family, they made every dish plant-based to the extent they could. We were able to eat almost everything except for turkey and stuffing. When we got married in 2018, we served only plant-based food to 150 friends and family members, and everyone enjoyed it. Both Chris’ family and mine will go out of their way to make sure that we have something to eat at every occasion. Even at my job, my coworkers will make sure that there is something for me to eat when we have a party (and we tend to have a lot of them!).
I have gathered collections of recipes inspired by my crazy, loving family and I would love to share them with you! Not everyone has completely transitioned to plant-based, in fact most have not. But when they are with us, they embrace the lifestyle and enjoy trying our food. And I believe that when they are away from us, they are eating healthier, or at least trying.
Chris and I are so grateful for our family's support. We are excited to share their stories with you and hope you enjoy “meeting” everyone!

One-Day Boot Camps
We take all of the information from our week long boot camp and put it into one intense day. Learn the basics of a whole food, plant-based diet in a group environment where you can share challenges and learn to overcome them. You will leave with all of the information you need to get started on your journey.

One-on-One Coaching
A group setting isn't for everyone. We will come to you and teach you all about adopting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle.

We will teach you the basics of a whole food, plant-based diet and we will discuss in depth how you can succeed with this lifestyle

We will provide you with customized/personalized recipes to get started with, based on your eating preferences, skill level in the kitchen, and what appliances you are working with, etc.
